تم التوقيع على عقد توريد أول 15 أوتوبيس كهربائى لمصر وبالتحديد لمحافظة الأسكندرية لخدمات النقل العام بالمحافظة ، والتى ستقوم بتوريدها شركة BYD الصينية الرائدة عالمياً بمجال صناعة الباصات الكهربائية … حيث قام بالتوقيع على العقد كل من اللواء/ خالد عليوة – من الجانب المصرى – والسيد ، آد هوانج – من الجانب الصينى …
جاء هذه المبادرة من محافظة الأسكندرية إيماناً بأهمية توجه القطر المصرى إلى إستخدام بدائل الوقود النظيفة بوسائل النقل العام وخاصة الكهربائية منها – وتعزيزاً لتوجه عروس البحر المتوسط نحو وسائل نقل الركاب الحضارية والصديقة مع البيئة خلال الأعوام المقبلة ، حيث بادرت محافظة الأسكندرية خلال عام 2017 المنصرم بطرح مناقصة عالمية تقدم لها عدد ١٧ شركة عالمية للحصول على كراسة شروطها، ثم تقدمت ٥ شركات بـ٧ عروض كلها صينية عدا عرض واحد من شركة إيطالية، وتم قَبول ٤ عروض كلها من شركات صينية، وفي يناير ٢٠١٨ تم إرساء المناقصة على الشركة الصينية BYD ووكيلها شركة الأمل للتجارة الخارجية
يذكر أن أتوبيس BYD الذي يعمل بالكهرباء والذى وقع عليه الأختيار من طرازات الشركة الكهربائية المختلفة ليس له تأثير سلبي لأي تلوث بيئي “السمعي – العوادم” و يسع ما يصل إلى ٩٠ راكبا، ويعمل به مكيف هواء ، كما تبلغ سرعته القصوى ما يزيد عن ٨٠ كم / الساعة، ومزود ببطاريات يتم شحنها بمدة تتراوح من ٣ إلى ٤ ساعات وتتيح له السير مسافة تصل إلى ٢٥٠ كم في حالة تشغيل التكيف قبل إعادة الشحن، كما أن قدرة المحرك تصل إلى ٣٠٠ كيلوات أي بما يعادل ٤٣٠ حصانا، ومزود بمكان لكرسي متحرك لذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة، وبخاصية التتبع وWiFi.
ومن جانبه أكد الدكتور/ محمد سلطان – محافظ الإسكندرية، من خلال حضوره لحفل توقيع العقد بين الهيئة العامة لنقل الركاب بالإسكندرية والشركة الصينية BYD لتوريد ١٥ أتوبيساً يعملون بالكهرباء، بأن الإسكندرية من المحافظات الواعدة والمتميزة وأن أي مستثمر يستثمر فيها فهو رابح فإن بها العديد من الفرص والموارد التي يمكن استغلاله ، كما أردف فى كلمته إلى أن الدولة تولى اهتماما كبيرا بوسائل النقل الجماعي وخاصة بأن هيئة النقل العام والركاب بالإسكندرية لديها أسطول كبير من الباصات يزيد عن 750 أوتوبيس نقل عام ومتعددة الخدمات مما يتيح لجميع الفئات أن تجد وسيلة النقل التي تناسبها . وأنه على الرغم من ارتفاع أسعار المحروقات إلا أن هيئة النقل العام لم تغير أسعار الخدمة التي تقدمها للمواطنين، مضيفًا أن الهيئة خلال الفترة القادمة تعمل على زيادة عدد خطوط الأتوبيسات لتصل إلى جميع أنحاء المحافظة
ومن جانبه أفاد/ عمرو سليمان – نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الأمل للجارة الخارجية قائلاً: ( إننا نسعى بقوة لدعم النقلة النوعية لمنظومة نقل الركاب فى مصر بدءاً من عروس المتوسط “الأسكندرية” بالتعاون مع إسم BYD العالمى الأكثر شهرة بقطاع المركبات العاملة بالكهرباء وبخاصة باصات نقل الركاب منها ، حيث تتفوق BYD عالمياً بإنتاجها لما يزيد عن 49% من الإنتاج العالمى للبطاريات العاملة بوسائل نقل الركاب المختلفة … فى الوقت نفسه التى تمكنت فيه الشركة من إنتاج 14,000 أوتوبيس كهربائى عام 2017 الماضى وما يزيد عن 35,000 باص كهربائى خلال السنوات الخمس الأخيرة، كما أن تعاقدنا مع محافظة الأسكندرية لن يشهد فقط توريد هذه الباصات فحسب ، بل وسيشمل تقديم كافة صور الدعم الفنى وخدمات ما بعد البيع من خلال العقد الذى تم إبرامه).
ومن جانبه أوضح اللواء/ خالد عليوة أن مصر تشهد سنوياً ما يقرب من 40 ألف حالة وفاة بسبب تلوث البيئة ، وأن خسائر الدولة نتيجة الازدحام المروري – حيث يمثل كل أوتوبيس على الطريق توفيراً لما يقرب من سير 25 إلى 30 سيارة – وكذلك للوقود المهدر في الإشارات ما يصل إلى ٢٣ مليار جنيه و١١ مليار جنيه من عدم صلاحية الطرق بإجمالي ٣٥ مليار جنيه وبذلك يكون للهيئة العامة لنقل الركاب بالإسكندرية السبق والريادة بمثل هذا المشروع فهي أول مستخدم للأتوبيس الكهربائي بمصر وأفريقيا، كما كان لها السبق في إنشاء خطوط الترام على مستوى قارة أفريقيا عام 1860 ، وأضاف “عليوة” بأنهم سيقومون بتجرِبة عينة من أتوبيسات BYD الكهربائية الجديدة الموافق عليها لمدة ٣ أشهر وبمجرد نجاح التجرِبة المتوقع سيتم الشروع فى تشغيل الـ 14 أوتوبيس المتبقية بالعقد ، كما سيشرعون فى العمل على تحويل الأتوبيسات العاملة بالوقود التقليدى بالأسكندرية للعمل بالكهرباء تدريجياً
أما السيد/ آد هوانج – مدير عام BYD الصينية فقد أكد على سعادته بهذا العقد مشيراً لقوة تواجد باصاتهم الكهربائية بالعديد من دول العالم – وبكافة القارات – كما أشار إلى توقيع الشركة لمذكرة تفاهم مع محافظة الأسكندرية لإنشاء أول مشروع نقل ركاب معلق (مونوريل) سيتم العمل به بنظام BOT خلال المرحلة المقبلة، والذى سينقل محافظة الأسكندرية إلى (المستقبل) فى خدمات نقل الركاب.
